So they're suggesting that masks need to be worn properly and social distancing needs to be maintained. Given that there's no evidence that masks make the virus worse and that the vast majority of experts recommend wearing one I'll stick to doing just that while maintaining social distancing. It's not hard is it?
Talking about this with my friend Rens who is Dutch and opened a camp site with his wife (also Dutch ) near here last year. The customers are mainly Dutch and Belgium and it was noticeable that social distancing and masks were non-existent amongst the campers many meeting for the first time around the pool/bar/games areas. Rens also said driving from Holland people report that there is virtually no social distancing or mask wearing before the German border and then EVERYONE is wearing masks and distancing as is the case in Austria. He believes the Dutch /Belgiums have a similar attitude to Brits i.e. "no one is telling me what to do, be it Government or anybody" and tend to be ignoring medical advice. Interestingly whilst the Dutch cases weighted by population size is lower than UK, Belgium which is about a sixth the size population of UK has proportionately far more total cases and deaths than UK. Our region/Country has, up to now been rigorous with masks and distancing and it HAS worked.
