Last time we got beat was at Coventry following the international break. This time it’s Charlton. We have players that return in the middle of the week following the international break and it obviously unsettled us as a team. Possibly something for the management to look at as both losses culminate in a lacklustre performance where fans say we didn’t look at the races both times.

I’m more than happy with our start tho and believe in this lot and the management 100% and more a happy clapper and glass half full when it comes to Barnsley. Just stating fact

I personally don,t think we should have brought dougall back into the side, like you say we lost the last time he did it against Coventry.

Just a coincidence. We've a big enough squad to cope with an international break. Players know the system now so being away with their country shouldn't affect them for when they return.

I wasn't happy when I saw Dougall included, as at Coventry he was very poor.

All he did was sit on a bench. In some foreign country.

Why should that be a problem?

I'd be more inclined to blame it on being short of quality up top. It was always going to catch up on us. The spearhead of the Gegenpress is blunter than it used to be. Hopefully Kieffer is firing on all cylinders on Tuesday night and we aren't tearing the gift wrap off Woodrow at Christmas.

Personally wouldn’t draft Dougall straight back in next time provided we have adequate players avail twice now he’s gone away and been below par on his next game. Just a shame today as it doesn’t even sound like we made a game of it.
