Wouldn't have said so myself mcgeehan takes the holding role back and bahre plays just behind Woodrow. Not ideal very unlucky both moore and dougall ruled out for season 2 first teamers.

Depends if McGeehan stays fit and available really.

We will miss them both but it is what it is. We've just got to get on with it.
Having McGeehan and Brown back should lift the lads for the run in.

I'm still not convinced by Bahre. I'd keep Williams or Green wide right and put Brown up top but I think Bahre is Stendel's man and will get the nod.
Dougall nowhere near as big a miss as Moore but at the end of a hard season, injuries are always likely and the lack of competent central midfield cover is definitely a concern.

I thought Dougall had looked generally quite poor since returning from his previous absence.

I’d like to see Brown alongside Woodrow too. Don’t think it’ll happen though.

Well it's the two of them being out at the same time that is the issue. With Moore injured having Dougall gave us the option of playing McGeehan further forward in support of Woodrow. Now we are limited to playing Mowatt and McGeehan in the middle. Likely more game time for Bahre, so it does further limit our already limited options. So individually it's easy to say he isn't as big a loss as Moore but the cumulative effect is the real issue.

Dougall has been my MOTM many times this season.
    One of our best players.
However - in a way we can patch up the loss of Dougall.
But we haven’t anyone to replace Moore.

Replying to the OP. No Dougall isn’t as big a miss because we have quality alternatives in CM. We don’t have a replacement for Moore. Had we not got McGeenan or Mowatt but had say signed Fletcher back. Dougall would be the bigger loss

Because Moore is out for the season already that makes the loss of Dougal even greater, Dougal gave us another option of playing without Moore in the team he gave Mcgheehan and Mowatt more freedom to push forward and reduced the defensive responsibility of of Brown and Bahre. Bahre is key to our season now and we need Thiam to rediscover his goal scoring as its just not Adebejos time yet.

At this stag of th season any first team squad player being unavailable is a big miss. Long hard season, coming through the heavy winter months, back to 2-3 games in a week. All hands on deck needed. This last 2 months is where the positions are now settled. The top teams have proven their ability and this stage tests the teams bottle, fitness, squad depth and dare I say it, luck.

Not for me. I'd like to see our win percentage with Dougall in the side. We seem to draw a lot of games that he plays.

I think were a better team with kenny in it but hes missed a large chunk of the season and couldn't get back into the team when he returned to fitness. Moore is a key player and weve really missed him in the last few weeks when we needed that big powerful striker to make things happen up top.

nope not at all as we have better options in his position.

he looked good at the start of the season but as mentioned above seems to have tailed off since his return. my guess is he took to the new system better than others (perhaps hes played similar before in Holland), but since then other players have caught up and overtook him. i'd be more worried if we lost Mowatt for the season!

obviously all the best in getting him back as soon as possible but i think we should be fine.
