    we have a lot of work to do in the summer as dropping down a division does not automatically mean your players will suddenly play better and win more matches, you have to be well managed and work hard as **** to get a winning run going. Personally I think we shouldn't be hanging around, get a new man in and get him started, revamp the squad and have a clear idea what we are going to be about for once, are we gunna be defensive and counter, offensive and pass the ball, direct route 1, whatever they think they just need to get a clear plan and get the players buying into it and actually become good at something, no more putting the players out on pitch and hoping something happens
