Look, I know you are only earning £500 per week right now at a small company.
But I'd like you to come and work for us - we are a much bigger company which will lift your profile.
Hopefully increasing your profile will enable you to join an even larger company at a later date.

If one of these bigger companies are interested in you then under your contract you will be informed of it.
At some point we hope your progression allows you to move to a larger company with bigger wages.
If you work hard we will automatically renew your contract so you have at least a year remaining on it.
We will start and increase your weekly wage to £3000 per week.

Is that ok to you ?
