Can anybody tell me what the hell Is wrong with him.The last I heard he had a dead leg.I love the lad he always seems to give 100% and things seem to happen when he goes forward. But for gods sake a dead leg. When we where at school we were always giving each other dead legs it bloody hurt but we just ran it off or hobble it off.Jesus some of these footballers want to man up,apologies up front if something more serious.
Ah you're right, get in touch with the professional physios that have assessed his situation and let them know your hunch
Echo the frustration pal, he’s our most creative wide player and has added goals to his game we need him back. Looks to be one of those injury prone players though so is it better to have an 8/10 - 30% of the season or a player less capable who can give you more consistent run of games??
You're confusing a dead leg sustained in Championship football with a pot leg dished out in't playground.
Players have recovered from cruciate ligament injuries quicker than this dead leg though, he had a good run of games in the team while on loan promotion season but since we’ve signed him he’s been sidelined a lot. Not having a go, big fan of the lad!!
He's injury prone which makes him frustrating but when he plays he gives us something extra. Getting shut would be the wrong option in my opinion, especially right now.
Might have to accept he's a 5 games in every 10 player. He's either very injury prone or the lack of games over the previous two years has meant he struggles to sustain fitness. Either way he's our most potent attacking threat for me and the team looks so much better with him in the side.
Needs selling in the summer, but can't see anybody wanting him. Breaks easier than a Rich Tea biscuit. Wasting a year of his career last season probably didn't help, but this season his injuries have continued and we can't afford to have people in our squad who are unavailable for selection so often.
Wouldn't he now be a Bristol City player but for the knee damage that they found in his medical there last January?
He's well worth persevering with. It can't be a coincidence that we accumulate more points when he's on the pitch than when he's off it.
