What's happened here is that they've looked at the reasons why crime is happening, and come to the conclusion that the majority of the people committing these crimes often jog in the process. Ban jogging, problem solved. Its the old argument about banning guns in America as opposed to arming more people. Then again, South Yorkshire Police have taken a leaf out of the Americans playbook. How to prevent the theft, then subsequent misuse of off road motorbikes, give the police off road motorbikes. Just means there's more off road motorbikes to get stolen. I'm going to bed now.
