Somebody needs to sort this out. Tried to buy tickets for me, my son and my grandson on line for the Villa match. Travelling up from Cambridge so I need to know we have decent seats. Tried to log in and my log in was rejected, tried to get a new password, no response. Tried to re-register nothing happened, talked to the guy at the ticket agent, he tried to open a new account for me and it wouldn't let him. Tried to ring the club and they are not accepting calls due to high volume. This has been going on for two days. Don't know how much it's costing the club in revenue, but there's a limit to the time I can give to this. If this club is going places, then the admin needs sorting out. Think I'll sit with the Spurs fans on Tuesday in Club Wembley, at least I'll be able to buy a ticket.
