After the acquisition of number one a few days ago we got the message that the person who had been wanting the runt of the litter (dreadful phrase) had backed out. Wifey, in all her wisdom, informed me that if possible this puppy would be ours. And guess what, it, or rather she, is now ours. The tiniest little scrap weighing half what the others are is the most beautiful little girl we are going to call Rosebud, or Rosie for short. She will join us in a few weeks when she has got a bit stronger and bigger. All the other pups will have gone by then so she will get total care and attention before we get her. See what you think.
Looks great. What colour will she end up being.? Our little pup was black with white patches when he was born. He's now a golden colour with his white patches still prominent. He's a Lhasa Apso love him to bits.
She will be red and white. Her parents are red and white as are all the other puppies. Would be odd if she turned out otherwise I think.
VERY cute! Although it has to be said you and the boss of the house are going to be extremely busy in the near future!
I found it fascinating watching ours grow from a vulnerable little puppy to the healthy very lively little scamp he is to-day. My wife always had dogs as pets when she was at her parents home. She has always wanted a dog throughout our married life but I wasn't keen. I relented last year and we brought Henry home last March. Honestly don't know what I'd do without him now.
We are picking this lad up tonight, my first ever dog so hopefully it all goes well. We're calling him Stanley. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
what a little stunner.... we have had two dogs for ages since about 1987, its great they play and are company for each other, could never have just one ever again.
We got this cutie 5 months ago. A blue Staffie. He's driving me round the bend now lol Next door had their garden turfed last week. He thought it would be a good idea to drag it from under the fence and turf our hall way I wouldn't be without him but he's bloody hard work.
It wasn't his fault. You obviously had never seen the benefit of a grassy hallway. (why are all puppies so adorable?)
Made me laugh that AT. When I lived in Donny my mate Jim had a puppy. He told us it came in one night with a dead rabbit in its mouth. Jim recognised it as belonging next door. He said he crept out at dead of night and propped it up in its cage using straw. He went outside next morning to fill the coal scuttle for their lass before he went to work. His ashen faced neighbour Ron was up the top of the garden near the hutch. Jim shouts " eh up Ron. What's up."? Drip white and looking really alarmed Ron said " ar young 'uns rabbit died yesterday and I buried over yonder" nodding to a pile of freshly dug earth " an I've come out this morning to clean everything up and it's dead but back in its 'utch". Jim was a real joker and we didn't know whether he was pulling our legs but we laughed at the very thought of what he'd told us.
Never heard of that JD. The way it was told was plausible but as I say he was a joker was Jim so who knows.!!
