I was reading the other day that K.B is Englands under 15 coach.I never thought of him as a player to go in to coaching but good luck to him.

As I have said before bfc should compile a list of players who have thought that the grass is greener elsewhere
    and it hasn't been .
And consequently have wasted their career ....
    The list starts here .....

Bit of consistency away from being an excellent player was Betsy. Always a danger. He had a fantastic period during maybe 2003-04 when he was unplayable for about 6 weeks. I think it included a stunning hat-trick against relegation bound Stockport. Said Stockport then scored three in the second half and we finished 3-3! Cue a conga in the away end.

As an aside, I miss Stockport County. Always seemed to bring good numbers to Oakwell.

You're getting 2 games/seasons mixed up. In 2003/04 he scored twice against Stockport in a 3-3 draw, but in 04/05 they came from 3-0 down to draw 3-3 at Oakwell, and nearly won it late on.

Ah fair enough, I remembered bits of it but lacked detail. There seems to be a real lack of footage of 2002-2005 around You Tube/Season Reviews etc. Didn't do many away games during that period either so a lot of gaps memory wise.

I'm sure we were 2-0 up at Stockport, they pulled one back and got a penalty which was taken three times with Colgan saving the first two. PHart was the manager for both games. I'm sure of it.
