Really hope you're wrong. Iain Hume after his was never the same again on the pitch or off it. We should have brought a striker in last month.
Sadly, I’m not surprised from I’ve seen on replays and comments on here about the ‘noise’ heard. Hope he recovers well as a person firstly. Football is secondary to that.
So I've just spoke to my pal who's on his way back up from the game who said this "doesn't look a good one pal they wa treating it as a suspected fracture of the skull. We ant heard owt since fella n i don't wanna start speculating but it didn't look good" So nothing 100% concrete but they obviously have a degree of certainty that there is a fracture. Fingers crossed it was just a precaution but it sounds bad.
Sad news, best wishes to him. Depending on the type of fracture that's a minimum of 6 weeks before it heals. Didn't look from the photo I saw that the skin was broken (ie no blood). Let's hope for his health that it's a straightforward fracture and he's feeling OK as soon as possible.
Bloody hell thats awful news hope you’re OK big Kieffer. As others have posted football is secondary.
Would make sense as to why Stendel sounded so down at the interview if they already knew it was being treated as a suspected fracture. Also why quest didn't show the incident on their highlights. Hope he's had a good night in hospital, it's the best place for him by the sound 9f things,
