Really looking forwards to the game on Saturday and crossing my fingers that we make the play offs.

Driving from Aber with my dad and picking up the son on route. So a proper family outing for the last home game.

If we don't make the play offs, it could be last REDS game for a few years.

Just accepted a new job at the other end of the earth. New Britain part of Papua New Guinea.

Don't think we have any other fans that post from PNG.

It will be a game to remember for me whatever happens

Wow!!! Just googled it. It looks amazing! It has it's own volcano and everything. :)
That's an exciting step, I hope it works out for you. Wonder what the standard of local footy is like? You never know you might get yourself a game. :)

Papua New Guinea have just risen to the dizzy heights of 198th in the FIFA rankings. I think most of us on here could get a game!

Blimey! And I thought I was being ambitious & adventurous by doing work in Leicestershire!:D
Good luck with both your new life and job, old mate. I've always enjoyed your posts, especially those involving Laura, and hope you're able to continue with them. If possible, I'd be interested in how everything's progressing once you get there, if you'd be willing to keep us updated.
I wonder if Papua New Guinea have heard of Sheep Friday?:D
Once again, good luck my old friend.

Congratulations on the new job. I hope you have a brilliant time.

If you have a drink in the No 7 or sit in the Ponty End (I'll be outside having a cig at half time), come and say hello. I look like a chimney sweep's brush, you'll find me pretty easily.

Thanks for the best wishes. It does indeed look like an amazing adventure, although one that could go dreadfully wrong. Still you only live once.
Looks like its going to be rugby league rather that footie. And that is played as a surrogate for tribal warfare. Sounds a lots like that Sheffield to me.
