    Have all the copies of the latest WSB been sent out? I pay for mine through direct debit. The fact that it didn't arrive on Saturday didn't concern me too much. But we've now had the post today and it's still not arrived. Usually, I've received my copy no later than the Monday after it's come out. Is there a bit of a delay with this one?
