    Hecky didn't think williams was good enough for the championship but I'd much rather have him playing left back than the 2 loanees we have brought in

    Williams left of his own accord didn't he? We offered him what we thought he was worth, and said he would initially be back up. He was unwilling to accept this and fight for a place.

    It was the wrong decision imo but if the player had backed himself to break into the first team he probably would be our starting left back now.
