I reckon that there is a very good chance that the current top 5 will remain the top 5 all season. All that will change is the individual placings within those 5. I think those 5 teams are clearly a step above the rest of the division. Thoughts?..
I'd watch out for donny , got draws against portsmouth/posh so look hard to beat . Fleetwood have had a good start , but have Sunderland next so as with the Walsall game should sort out the men from the boys .
Strange comments , if getting 3 points is hardly coping with the opposition , I don"t know what is , or are we expected to steam roller every side we come up against & totally dominate for 90 mins ?
I'm not taking anything for granted. Sunderland, Portsmouth and ourselves "should" be up there, but you never know. I don't know about Peterborough or Walsalls squads though. Do they have the strength in depth, or the means to strengthen in January? 40 games still to go. Far too early for me to contemplate who's going to be where come May. One things for sure, this ain't a good league and when we've been "on it", no one has been able to handle us up to now.
I think the top 4 will probably be the top 4, although I could see Peterborough possibly slipping away.
The point is toby that you can never draw a conclusion as to the quality of a team from their performance in a single game.
