But only managed to get one - Bony.
So I would say McBurnie deal dead in the water.
Clearly the club hasn't the curtesy to inform the fans.

To be fair if they have to tell us about all the players we haven't signed they'll never have time to do anything else.

Yes Whitey should be on his keyboard at midnight to tell you that we haven't signed a player
If its all fallen through we will find out tomorrow - but its not 1am yet so may still happen

Let this be a lesson in speaking prematurely.

As hecky said, this deal was agreed behind the scenes ages ago. Was always a case of waiting on Swansea.

    Patience young lad!

As reported, deal for Mc Burnie in the tin.
Swansea sold Llorente to Spurs and signed Bony and Portuguese International
    Renato Sanches from Bayern Munich.

So the deal was made months ago.
But was announced ONE hour after the transfer window closes !!!
    Strange but true.
Not quite a Riordon or a Windass.
    But very very close.

Picture up on the official site - full daylight !!!
As daft as it seems - this signing could make the difference of Barnsley staying in the Championship.
So why why why ........ delay releasing this important news to the fans.
To those fans sat up after midnight waiting for foooking news.
    Absolutely foooking ridiculous.

If anyone doesn't want to wait up they can go to bed. He'll still be here in the morning and he's not going to score any goals overnight. Also, which picture? The one taken inside in front of a screen with lights on and with Oakwell photoshopped into the background?

Yeah, think the club was waiting on Bony to go Swansea.

Anyway, he's through the door. Our striking options don't look as lghtweight as they did a few weeks ago.

All in all happy enough with our squad, we look to have depth in nearly every area of the pitch.

It's been done a bit, he's in Scotland now, but if his current club don't want to confirm & let us announce, there's nowt we can do.
Said himself on his twitter page it's been hard keeping it a secret from everyone.
One o the downsides to having loanees.

Let's tek the positives out of it, he's here all season & a great prospect, hope he gets a bleedin ton o goals.

Looking at some if his tweets he's currently in Scotland.

So it looks like all was signed but we had to wait for Swansea to confirm it before it was all official.

But yes the photo does look doctored

The fans that stayed up until after midnight hoping upon hope that we can get at least one striker through the door - need an explanation from the club on why this news was released an hour after the window shut - when clearly some in the clique knew that he'd signed weeks ago.
What the hell is going on ??? !!!
