    He was very effective before the incident and imo was having a good game and was on the road to the type of player I’m hoping he is.
    The lads been absolutely stupid no question, he’ll be punished and hopefully that’s that .
    If it keeps happening then I’d be inclined to agree with you but it’s one incident and I’ll back him on his next appearance

    I wouldn't put him back in this season unless we really have to. I'd play Pearson and McCarthy before him if they're fit. He cost us 3 points and that could send us down. He showed a complete lack of intelligence to punch a player when he'd won a free kick just before half-time. It may be just one incident but it could relegate us and he shouldn't be given another chance to do the same unless there is no one else.

    He's been playing well thus far, but he did let us down massively.

    Knowing Hecky he will be sitting out more than the one game ban. Let's let him deal with it.

    It wasn't the heat of the moment. He'd won the foul, went down then got back up, 5 seconds later he pushed their lad in the back and almost took Mallan out in one fowl swoop . Friggin idiot !

    He didn't punch him. He shoved him into Mallan, causing them to clash heads. Absolutely barmy thing to do though.
