    Its a bold step by the club and I appreciate it, even if Thiam doesn't do well for us at least we've made the effort for once on a permanant deal striker.
    So does he go straight in alongside Bradshaw, and ahead of Ugbo. And seeing as we've got options up front with Hedges and the kid Brown, this might bring about Payne's departure.

    The Hecky style of play is - everyone defends and when we get the ball it's QUICK and STRONG and DIRECT attacking football

    Out of all the new signings I only see Xanadu (singing it already) and Ugbo fitting that attacking role.
    Although Potts might come good.

    Also I think Potts looks like a striker in the making, hes built like one and like Hedges & Watkins, he does score goals from the wing.
    (or he did with Blacky anyway)
