That’s three of the bottom clubs appointed new managers ourselves, Reading, Birmingham who will be proved to have made the correct appointment

It also depends on the quality of players available aswel..... We clearly have the weakest squad out of those teams so its not just going down to the managerial appointment

Ye understand what your saying but these clubs have had pretty much the same players all season other than a few January additions

Yeah i think alot depends on how morais lines up against our next opposition and the rest of the season.... Hes still got the chance to save our season but he needs to bring hammill back and have a change of system

We haven't had a manager for years now. We have an head coach, which is a different role to that of a manager.

You do have to consider one thing though , that is, Birmingham & Reading both chose to fire their previous managers & were probably prepared, whilst ours decided to replace us ,leaving us in a situation we were not prepared for & I know we will all have our opinions but personally I do not think Hecky would have been sacked this season , having just backed him in the TW & sorting his contract out , all this has done us no favours

Head coach is a role so people higher up who have never played professional football can play real life football manager. Manager is a much better role. Imagine great managers through the years like Ferguson, Clough etc agreeing to being an head coach.
