How about a "red out" game - maybe against one of the bigger clubs, where we call upon every fan to come to the game in red. Give the kids those red pom-pom things. Works well at Penn State where they have a "White Out" at selected games. https://www.sbnation.com/college-football/2017/10/21/16491124/penn-state-white-out-history
Snack bar menu expanded to include black pudding (but not tripe though, we've been served enough of that already) .
I remember seeing Devaney on the pitch at half time a few seasons ago refereeing a game of zorb football which was incredibly amusing with several massive off the ball hits a la “murderball”. Presumingly the powers that be vetoed any further games on health and safety grounds as it was never seen again. I’d have it back in a heartbeat, the 15 minute interlude flew by.
Tells you all about it here. It's in French but should automatically translate to English (all be it, poorly in places). http://m.ogcnice.com/en/actualite/30386/-nos-matchs-durent-bien-que-90-min-
Apparently, before kick off they have an Eagle fly down from the roof of the stand and land on the arm of a trainer. David Bradley better get up that wall at Tankersley, see if he can find another Kes.
I'm liking this one. An app for your phone so that you can watch in-match replays and view match stats. Interestingly you can also use it to order drink and food to be brought to your seat. Although the signal at oakwell is gonna have to be improved somewhat!! http://m.ogcnice.com/en/news/32408/a-new-stadium-experience-app-for-the-allianz-riviera
I understand Adam Hinchliff is in talks about consultancy terms although he is driving a pretty hard bargain with Chun Lee
All that wasted space under and behind the east stand. Be setting up some kind of 'fan zone' no doubt but unless they sort the catering prices and standards it will mean **** all. Not many folk are going to give up their pre match routes through town and double their bar bills or pay a third more for a par broiled dysentry grey coloured burger regardless of 'entertainment' on offer.
Something like the Gunn room at Norwich would be brilliant. Massive room, lots of bars, you can get a meal. Fans arrive early and leave late. Extends the legends suite experience to more fans and encourages membership and increases spending. Match day is just that, a day’s experience. They also do interviews and present man of the match.
