    McIndoe spent half of his football career off his nut, confirmed by a few of the Donny mates l knocked around with at the time who knew him well enough to socialise with him. Am l allowed to write that or do l need to put it into a book?

    I don’t think he’s saying anything surprising. When I first started going out drinking around the same time I’d regularly see players out drinking. It might not have been as bad but it still carried on through Davey & Robins reigns
