Yep, Moncur had a very good game today. Was waiting for one of those long range curlers to drop in.

I thought he was our best player in the first half. I didn't think he had a great 2nd half to be honest. Went missing a bit.

Best performance I’ve seen from Moncur, Yiadom is a class apart though.

Bradshaw worked hard and I like him a lot but his miss, (too much time to think I reckon) and the woeful cross from the left under no pressure second half highlighted his limitations.

What about when he all but gift wrapped a goal for them at the end?

Having said that, he is very comfortable on the ball.

I have always reckoned that he isn't a full back.

You mean the where the keeper made an incredible save then.did it again in the ricochet of his own player. Yes he should have scored

Every player has a mistake in them but quality wise He was head and shoulders above the rest

Well he had to do nothing special at all as a full back today. But showed terrible awareness at that particular time when he nearly gave them a lifeline.

Having said that, he does look our classiest player. That's because he looks the most balanced on the ball. Not because he's defensively sound.

You don't think "Yiadom is a great defender".

Which is why I think he's wasted at full back, especially when we have McCarthy.

He's our best right back but he wouldn't be our best winger . Square pegs in square holes .

I will defend Bradshaw all day long and have said on numerous occasions that he will get 20+ goals in this league but that chance was a sitter. Middle of the box on the penalty spot, could’ve slid it in either corner but smashed it straight at the goalie, he’ll be kicking himself over it that’s for sure.

He had a very good game though and let’s hope he stays injury free throughout the season and ends up with 20/25 goals.

Yeah I’ll agree with that, I think his contract really needs to be sorted well before the end of the season. Let’s hope it is.

Bradshaw was my MOTM. He scored and I think he won the free kick for the second. To be fair to him the chance he missed at the end came when he must have been shattered. It was something like the 85th minute and he'd been running non-stop for that long. He should have buried it but I think his mental sharpness had gone. Heckingbottom took him off straight away.

On the downside he wore gloves on a sunny day.

I don't know why (well, I do actually) but comments on this really winds me up. He plays with his feet not his hands so if he wants to wear them I don't get why it bothers anyone watching him. I presume there's a reason for him wearing them which means he would play worse without them but even if there wasn't then so what? Is it because he doesn't look 'hard' or 'manly' if he's got gloves on? People always comment on it around me and on here and I don't really understand why.

(I know your comment will have been fairly, or very, tongue in cheek but as someone who has to wear gloves due to extreme pain and loss of circulation in even very mild temperatures it makes me feel like crap).

I'm pretty sure it was a glib tongue in cheek comment. We won, have a little drink and relax.
