Stupid question.... he scored frequently for us last year and didn't get a look in with Wales, now a non-scoring Wigan player and he's flavour of the month. How come? Is it the "Barnsley" thing again?
Agree! Thought Hennessey, Roberts and Bale also had a good game. Game a bit scrappy at times with some rough tackles - James involved in a nasty one - and too many yellow cards - Joe Allan will be missed in Azerbajan. (I managed to watch it here in darkest Barnsley with the Welsh commentary.) And with things going well so far in Japan it may well be the The Year of the Taffs. ----------- Mr B asks an interesting question - if players lucky enough !! to be of Welsh heritage don't let it be known that they could play for Wales then they wont be considered - don't think any of us knew KM was part Welsh when he came to Barnsley. Perhaps the big man himself was not interested last year.
watched it on my laptop, S4C. Muted the sound and had the commentary on 5 live. I managed to sync the two by introducing a delay on the S4C as the radio was a couple of minutes behind, it was easy to sync them together.
