James rating way off the lad was running his ******** off to make things happen.

Also no one was worse than Mowatt.

Marley was lucky not to get a couple of yellow cards.yids was poor in the first half.

Yids and Watkins was garbage until we had scored. Scowen works his balls off as usual but was crap on the ball.

Bradshaw made the difference when he came on and needs to start next game. He tore Villa apart last week and despite getting nothing against Brighton, he's been playing better than Armstrong and Watkins.

Pretty spot on. I'm usually a bit harsh so would have given Scowen 6 (great effort awful passing) Watkins 6 only came to life after the goal and 5.5 for Yiadom who I thought had his poorest game for us. Wouldn't change the rest though.

Not far off IMO but I'd give James 7 and Kent 6.

Mowatt will come good - just mark my words.
He needs to get up to speed.

I saw this player at Barnsley and his first THREE matches at the club were absolutely shocking.
Everybody during that particular time couldn't understand why we had bought him.
    His name was Ronnie Glavin.

Davies, MacDonald, Hammill, Bradshaw, Watkins and Kent I'd all agree with, also Mowatt but he should have never been put out wide.
Robbo was definetly a 7 and Yids was a 6, Jones was poor but not a 4, maybe a 5 sam with Arma, James was miles better than Scowen today who was ineffective at tracking back and hopeless on the ball (maybe brought back too soon)

Some good performances and some bad ones, good point in the end of the day

Agree with this. Assumed Scowen would have been wide & Marley up top with Arostrong when I saw team. Scowen had a real off day, but ran his balls off as ever. Mowatt looked off the pace. Robbo at fault for goal, but overall still a 7. McDonald put in some good tackles but terrible with ball.

Mowatt looked a bit anonymous but I'd put that down to where he was played. As did Armstrong, but I wouldn't expect any different from him up front on his own.

James had a rite game. If not for Davies' saves I would have had James or Scowen for man of the match

Cant hev Mowatt and James on same score, Mowatt and Jones Lowest scores for me. Like someone further up has said James would have been my MoM if not for Davies.

both our center backs were at least 7 even town fans on way out of the ground singled Mcdonald out for a good performance. Mowatt I think will come good but was poor yesterday. James was one of our best players yesterday imo. Armstrong was non existent.

I thought the service for Armstrong was non existent, and often is. There must have been 4 or 5 occasions in the second half where Scowen or Kent could have played him in behind the last defender, but they either didn't see the pass or mis-hit it. He's much more effective in a front two though and does get isolated as a lone striker.

I think you`ve got to take into consideration the quality of the opposition.
Their central midfield and German centre forward were as good as anything I`ve seen this season. Because of this I`d be more generous with scores for Macca Robbo Scowen and James.

I'd go with this too I take into account he is no lone striker but he was non existent on Saturday I don't know how he gets in team before bradshaw.

Fair enough that. And I'd always start with Bradshaw. Ironically, I don't think Bradshaw gets enough credit for the work he puts in.
