Just re-establishing the garden After 5 months of builder destruction. Was pleased we had 15 long tail tits yesterday... though somewhat spoilt by the dozen parakeets that chased them off!

That was my first guess, if you heard the song you’d definitely know.

To get really "tecky", the leg colour rules out melodious and Icterine warblers. - Now that would have been exciting!!

great pictures . We are also fortunate to have a number of birds nesting in our gardens. They are making good use of our feeding stations and baths.

I get lots more birds feeding in spring rather than summer . it's like they don't like the hot weather.

Your very lucky, I get loads (19 at last count) of different birds frequenting my feeders but not had a willow warbler yet, bit jealous lol

My favourite bird, the long tailed tit. They are so cute. We do get them on the feeder occasionally.

Same here, though sometimes run quite close by a woodpecker that sometimes brings its young to our feeders. 15 long tailed tits at once though... way off the cuteness chart!

I used to get long tail tits coming to the feeders for their tea at same time (5pm) every day around the start of May but they don't come now, best at minute are a pair of goldfinches and a male n female Bulfinch but they only use the bird bath to get a drink.
