Hi all new to this board but been reading it for a long time, he is my thoughts of this season. first of all I think we are safe with 61 points, second I love the way we are playing showing skill and determination, third it is nice to see that the development team are also playing the same way. as of me I am retired been watching barnsley since early sixties been to most away grounds when i was younger worked overtime to pay for them. seen spud score and glyn riley play in goal seen some very good players at oakwell and seen them leave. but players come and go the club remains

According to my books, (I'm bored btw), Spds goals scored were :-
10 Sept 1966, beat Luton Town 2-1 at Oakwell
16 Aug 1969, drew 3-3 at Bristol Rovers
20 Aug 1977, beat Rochdale 4-0 at Oakwell

If it's who I think it is Marlon. He's as far from Carly Simon as you could imagine but to be fair could wiggle his hips like Elvis. Him being a massive ( Elvis that is) fan.
