    Could we get Dodworth Scrap Computer Waste to sponsor our existing scoreboard?

    It could have the tag line; "Got any old TVs, computer screens, or scoreboards like this to dispose of?

    Yeah that doesn't look great but that's all we need mounted in the corner, just maybe a bit bigger, always thought the £100,000 quoted was a bit over the top - maybe 15 years ago when the technology was in it's infancy but not now.

    It looks crap I agree, but its fecking batley. It looks worse because its on a trailer. but it wont be much different to the one crawly has mounted and other non league teams which some on here were ravig about

    My point is, for a better version it wouldn't be another 80000 quid.

    It looks genuinely terrible.

    However, the fact remains: a peanut-hugging side with (presumably) a fanbase of circa 14 can get themselves sorted with a new scoreboard.

    We, in our new era of professionalism, cannot.

    What about reverting to the old days.......fixtures in the programme allocated a letter.....the letters ABCD....etc,.nailed on a board.on the kop... and some bloke then places numbers at the side of the corresponding letter so you can then see the half time result...saves on bulbs and electric....
