    ITV is definitely the B team when it comes to coverage of sport, or indeed any telly related stuff, The BBC knocks spots off it in every department, I don't want an argument about it Helen :p

    Yeah my favourite bit was when instead of cutting back to the studio they left us with the shots of a man potentially dying on the field and a camera practically shoved up the backside of his distraught wife.

    Oh I agree that was awful, but in general the BBC is and always has been streets ahead of ITV in pretty much anything television related.

    I would have agreed 100% ten years ago. I think they’re as trashy as anyone else these days be in sport, current affairs, entertainment etc.

    Each to their own, but ITV doesn't entertain it dumbs down, endless adverts, I would agree though that terrestrial broadcasting standards have deteriorated.

    Jonathan Pearce is also very annoying too, all through the Christian Eriksen incident he affected a 'We are at war with Germany' type demeanour and coming off as a voyeuristic moron.

    I liked it when Jonathan Pearce told everyone how he had watched Marc Vivien-Foé die. He was just making that clear, in case similar was about to happen again.

    He didn't connect it to Bristol City for once, though.
