Wonder what their response would have been.... "Goddam, just get the goddam deal done, fourteen seconds late !!! Goddam !"
I think they will be well aware of the incompetencies and inconsistencies of both the FA and EFL and won't be at all surprised by it.
they have been approached and Mr Lee when asked if the take over was in fact a reality... he responded quite encouragingly
"Now who is going to explain the McBurnie fiasco to the potential buyers?" I will - We tried to sign someone on loan but it fell through.
Because you don't like what's been posted - dosent necessarily mean that it's against any rules. Jeez !!!
............and we also forgot to sign another tall strong striker just in case this one didn't work - which clearly will severely reduce our formation strategy this season and restrict Hecky from getting the most from our player - so sorry Mr Lee - but I'm afraid this is how we currently do business around here.
I never said it did mean that. I just thought that making post after post after post all saying g the same thing was against the rules
We'll remind ourselves that like a few years ago we tried to sign a striker, it never happened, and we had no Plan B. Remember that one?
So if i have this right, we should have signed a striker in advance of trying to sign Mcburnie just in case the Mcburnie deal didnt work out ?? Granted on this occasion it would have worked out in our favour but if we applied that same logic to every signing we would now have a squad of 48
I don't think a Chinese billionaire will be that fussed on losing out to a young un on loan from Swansea.
