    1. Adam Davies needs a rest - you don't become a bad goalkeeper overnight but his confidence is shot to pieces which shows everytime the ball goes anywhere near our goal.

    2. Angus Mcdonald is not a captain - as soon as the first goal went in his head went down and he spent the rest of the first half arguing with Joe Williams. Yes we all know it was Williams' man from the corner but it's your job to get the players going again and attempt to get something from the game not bury your head in the sand. Rightly subbed at half time.

    3. Hecky - always supported him and always will but his chosen formation is diabolical. Far too defensive, pump ball forward for lone striker to flick onto nobody and then repeat. Much better second half when we actually had a go with 2 up top and we have to start Saturday with the team that finished last night.

    4. Ugbo and Gardner - neither of these 2 would get in the Shaw Lane team and that is a fact. If possible ship them back to their parent clubs ASAP.

    5. Brad Potts - the guy never stops trying. Unfortunately his brain and body reacts at least 5 minutes slower than any other footballer I've seen which must be a massive disadvantage. Having said that when your manager puts you on the wing when you can't dribble with the ball it must be an even bigger disadvantage.

    6. The madjeski - another lifeless away ground where the majority of the home fans had vanished by full time rather than give their team a standing ovation for their efforts. However, I did manage to get a hot dog for the young lad which is virtually impossible at Oakwell so well played for that.

    7. And finally, the reds supporter in the blue coat - that was having banter with the Reading fans. Thank you for actually providing some kind of entertainment and giving us something to smile about on a freezing cold Tuesday night watching that dross. Again thank you mate if there was a vote for your man of the match you would definitely have received my vote.

Problem is if we piss clubs off asking them to take back players they have sent us in the hope of improving, it can burn bridges so they don't want to send us other players in the future. Bit like how we put up with Gethin Jones, but it's worked out with Joe Williams. We could just stick to loaning players from Leicester because James and Barnes both worked out, so they will already be looking to see who they can send us next season.

The flip side though - if a player isnt good enough, he isnt good enough - destroying their confidence does no one any favours
Ugbo may become a decent player - but he is out of his depth in the Championship at the moment. Playing him is likely to put him back at the moment
Gardner doesnt even look like there is a player in there, and we dont owe Villa anything anyway

He was just as bad against Reading - even though Reading were standing off and not closing down the same as leeds so he had more time to be useless
