We should seriously be proud of this team, I know we compare this squad with the 2016 side. But for personal achievements and recognition for all these awards they are winning blows the 16 squad out of the water.

Regardless of what happens in the next 2 games this side deserves to be regarded as one of the better squad of players we've had in most of our lifetimes.

Especially Mowatt, Pinnock and Davies who have constantly made these, Teams of the week, months and now season.

Lets finish the job now boys.

Agreed - must admit I am a bit surprised to see Cavare in there but well done to him - just need to prove we are one of the top 2 teams in the division now

Yeah I agree it surprised me also, but you can see why his fellow professionals have voted for him I can imagine if you play against him the experience would stick in your mind.

I'm surprised they have picked half of our the team from us when we haven't been constantly at the top. Just as surprising is no Woodrow when you see how many goals he's scored without relying on penalities and despite missing three months of the season.

Not sure Cavare would be in my Barnsley team of the year, never mind one for the division! Don't get me wrong, he certainly has his attributes, his improvement throughout this season is immense and he deserves huge praise for the way he's worked on his game, but he was a liability at one point. But congratulations to him.

Davies, Mowatt and particularly Pinnock have been superb and fully deserve their place. As does Moore, while Woodrow and Lindsay can't have been far behind.
Well done all concerned, they've performed far better than I was expecting or even thought capable.

I bet Cavare is a ******* to play against though and I think the opponents have picked the team? Imagine trying to knock him off the ball!
