    They had to do something like this to try and defeat all the illegal streamers. I just hope they are not going to whack the UK-based subscriptions up to pay for it.

    Let those overseas bear the whole cost - it will still be a bargain if they charge the £110 mentioned so there are bound to be hundreds of thousands of English footie-starved subscribers. I know all the bars in Euro holiday resorts show Sky matches but you're not likely to see Barnsley games there surely? Johnny Foreigner is only interested in proper football, like that played by Man Utd and Chelsea :)
