    Have to agree... the headlines are beyond the bleeding obvious and even if said, its not exactly a headline that grabs the reader.

    We seem to get over setbacks start a new run then once back in reach go all wobbly again .
    It’s down to lack of experience/leadership
    on the field imo rather than any lack of commitment or coaching. Slightest setback and heads go down for spells sometimes crucial spells as in Sunderland and it’s headless chicken time.
    It’s hard to be critical with our current position and some fantastic displays but inconsistency is gonna cost us imo if we don’t address it this window.
    It would be a shame if it isn’t addressed because imo we have some great talent and have shown some amazing football it just needs someone on the field to orchestrate and encourage/ boss some of our players at times
