TICKET UPDATE: Shrewsbury Town (A) Ticket News Tickets for our Sky Bet League One trip to Shrewsbury Town on Tuesday 23 October, kick-off at 7:45pm, are still on sale. Continue reading on the official site...
Surprised we have only sold less than 500 tickets for this game so far considering our recent form. Although it’s a half day job from work etc if you want to go I guess.
In fairness it's 2 and a bit hours away on a Tuesday night and there's still a week of sales left to go. We'll probably have just under 1,000 there.
Probably. It shouldn't be allowed. One step closer to matches being played behind closed doors to cut on police costs when you can charge folks to watch easier at home.
Courthouse are doing 2 buses. One leaving at 12 & the other at 4. Not sure if theres any space left on the 12 one.
I could sell all tickets for Shrewsbury by the end of the week if I worked in box office, I’d announce on the website in the morning at 9 o’clock, that next Wednesday Accrington Stanley tickets will be on sale and the first category of sale will be to them who went to Shrewsbury, and next Thursday is general sale on a first come first served basis. Be a sell out next Tuesday.
Leaving at 4pm is cutting it a bit fine surely? It's 120-130 miles depending which way you go, in heavy early evening traffic. I'm not sure I would want to risk leaving so late.
The stadium is a bit boring but the town is beautiful, loads of decent boozers too. Gutted I can't go tbh.
3 of us setting off at 3 live Huddersfield way don’t know wether to go across to Manchester airport m56 then drop down through Wrexham and on A5 or go down m1 and across onto M54 it’s saying similar time to get there 2.30 - 3.30 hrs
I'd drop down into Holmfirth, then pick up the A635 over to Greenfield, Ashton Under Lyne, M60 outer ring road, M56, M53/A55 towards Chester, A483 past Wrexham and then the A5 towards Oswestry and then Shrewbury. I now live over in Shepley and that's the route I'll be going barring any major accidents / road closures.
