    Sorry, I wasn't very clear. I was alluding to balancing the books, whilst spending what they had brought in, but not doing anything 'crazy'. I wasn't referring to the values involved.

    I would imagine that Sneijder's signing on fee was fairly substantial, particularly as he was reported to have bought out the remainder of his contract with Galatasaray for 4.5m euros.

    Think he's played seven games for 'em and they've only won once with him in the team!
