How the chuff do I renew my season ticket online? I have activated my account and clicked on renew/buy season ticket but I can't select MY seat because it's unavailable , little help please XX
I had a similar issue. Not sure if you have the same issue as me however I rung the help line and they told me i had two accounts associated to my email address. They were unable to delete the non season ticket account on the phone. So I logged in to the account and updated my email address to one of my other accounts (this is the non season ticket account). logged out. logged back in with my normal email address. Account shows my season ticket and I'm able to renew.
