Nope Karma and all that b0llox is simply designed to keep the masses in order. The truth is that bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people. We have justice systems to try to redress the balance - but like everything else in the world, it's imperfect.
Cause and effect is predictable - if you'd rather believe the billionaires soundbites, that's your prerogative, but I'm more an evidence based decision maker.
Am on a course today pal so can’t play out today, nobody said it was going to be easy- getting divorced after 40 years is bound to hurt. October 31st our Independence Day
The initial hardships will be worth it the long run. A lot of people are looking at this in the short term and how it will affect their pockets in the here and now. That to me is a very capitalist way of thinking about things.
Please, outline the tangible future benefits to myself long term. Some sources to back them up would be appreciated- as I’m sure you have plenty of given your confidence. Is it that I’ll have the benefit of becoming bankrupt if I get ill?
At least one BxP MEP has quoted 30 years for the economy to recover to *2016 levels*. JRM reckoned nearer 50 years before it improves from that - although he is looking at a 7-figure payout from shorting the pound, so will be fantastically happy to lie about how good it will be.
No, he’s right about short-term thinking, from the disaster capitalists who will make tidy sums from the UK’s demise. That’s as far as they’re thinking - the quick buck.
They aren't considering exactly how unhappy people will be if they watch a family member die a slow, preventable death through shortage of essential medicine or food. I am absolutely certain that if it is my immediate family affected I will be tracking them down and explaining to them exactly how much of a mistake they've made.
Many years from now, once we’re all dead, history teachers are going to have a job on their hands explaining to pupils how disaster capitalists betting against the pound were portrayed as patriots & people arguing that the poor shouldn’t starve to death were viewed as traitors.
Wow. So everything will be hunky dory because City Traders wouldn't like Corbyn as PM. And Goldman Sachs moving into a new office is evidence that all's well for the good people of Britain. Never mind our schools, hospital and social care sectors being on the brink of collapse. Oh and the inability to hold employers to account by taking industrial action. All things that really benefit the average Sun reader. Selling Christmas indeed....
Independence Day? Come off it. You really have been brainwashed if you're about to compare being in the EU to centuries of collonial oppression. Pilfering, slavery, profiteering and theft of natural and material wealth. All in the name of 'Great' Britain. Or a democratic league of nations where we have a disproportionately large vote. Have a word
Despite all the evidence, you still think they gain more out of remaining? Despite them already making millions and millions out of the pound crashing
Kwasi Kwarteng is linked to Crispin Odey and Odey Asset Management. Guess how much money Mr Odey has made shorting on the pound (Hint: over £300m since the referendum).
that mp should do some research as insulin is produced throughout the world so if the eu wants to cut off supplies then i'm sure the uk is capable of sourcing it from china or elsewhere Novo Nordisk is the world’s largest producer of insulin. They have production sites in the US, Brazil, Denmark, France, China, Russia, Algeria and in Japan. Lilly produces insulin in the US, Puerto Rico, France and Italy. They have packaging facilities for these products in France and China. Sanofi has manufacturing sites in Germany, Russia, India, China and Saudi Arabia. They do manufacture some drugs in the UK, but insulin is not produced in the UK by them.
When you see your lifelong friends and even ex-miners putting I'm backing Boris posts on their Facebook the brainwashing is complete. Sad times.
