One of Barnsleys worst ever left backs if not the worst. Up there with the likes of Adam Eckersley Mounir El Haimour Tininho and Mick Clarke.
I tried to find that old interview he did bashing his time with us. I couldn't find it but did see this one where the best player he played against was during his time with us. https://www.brentfordfc.com/news/2018/april/first-best-worst-paul-gibbs/
I actually liked Tom Kennedy. And Dominic Werling. I don't even recall Jay McEverley being too bad. Perhaps I'm just subconsciously sympathetic towards left-backs.
Someone tagged his account regards a podcast. Completely shocked to learn he's a massive Brexit loving, fake news kind of guy.
No, you are factually incorrect Kennedy scored one goal for us, in 70 odd appearances. Gibbs scored 1 in 35 appearances. Kennedy is statistically worse than Gibbs. Oh the Nightmares.
Mick Clarke was a winger, I don't recall him playing left back... but we did have a phase where just about any winger eventually got converted into one.
We endured Kennedy for over two seasons as well. Ferry only played a handful of games. Can't really count that imho.
