We concede more penalties than most for possibly various reasons - but the main one is we make more daft tackles in the box than most. Haven’t seen Pearson’s today but he’s been booked for it so I cant think it was a great challenge. Jackson v villa might have got a feint knick on the ball but it was a brain dead tackle in the first place. They must learn. Can’t knock them for effort and it’s not their fault if they don’t all have as much ability but they can learn to not be rash at the back and be less naive. Experience brings it but they need to learn quicker.
Sat behind the net and best tackle I've seen Pearson make in a red shirt. Dog **** ref and linesmen for yet another week with a nice touchline ban on its way for hecky for getting back to into referee and linesman's face at half time whistle
From view here it was a perfect tackle. Hecky obviously agrees having spent 2 or 3 mins having a go at the ref at ht. Presumably he's seen it on monitors..
