Must be either off their head or great comedians. You can't be serious. Worst I've seen him in a Barnsley shirt. Move upon move broke down due to his indecisiveness, cluminess and inability to pass. He was more frustrating than the dirty negative opposition. No one deserved recognition for their performance but this award is a real whopper.
Best of the 5 midfielders. Used his body well and worked hard. Tired as the game went on. Toss up between him and Lindsey for MOM.
Lindsey did his usual trick of giving the Ball straight to the opposition when inbred no pressure at least five times. Potts is always involved but lacks quality or did tonight. Both of other two wouldn’t start Saturday for me, not would Hedges.
I thought Potts was too central & too deep & nothing quite came off for him tonight. I thought Adam played well today, as did Fryers. Everyone else was OK, as both teams cancelled each other out.
Potts has a back catalogue of at least 4 woeful games, at the start of the season. In his defence, he has improved hugely, and up until about the 75th minute, he was ok. He is physical and we need that steel. I'd say he's too slow to shift the ball quickly enough, but at the moment, he fits what we are trying to do than other players. Wouldn't have been my MOM, but hard to say who would.
The total lack of attacking intent from the other two playing with him, until Moncur came on, left him as the only player trying to make owt happen from the three. Sadly, he lacks quality at times.

To be fair it looked like a competition for which reds player could give it away the most. Game reminded me of one of KHillers mind numbingly boring sideways backwards keep possession matches when we didn`t have the players capable of playing that way.

Potts was our choice for man of the match, there were too many midfield changes for a cohesive performance but there is no doubting his commitment and that is sometimes enough to get MoM.
Fryers was my man of the match, just edged Lindsay & Hammill. Potts maybe 4th best of the starters at a push
Thing is, Potts is not slow. He accelerates like mad and gets in to the box late. It's just his legs are a bit long so he doesn't have that low centre of gravity and quick turn. But as a box to box midfielder who runs his blood to water, gets involved, dispossessed the other side and tries to drive us forward. He's nothing short of exactly what we need in our side. Think about Fellaini. Big, awkward, not technical, but he gets in the box, causes problems, scores goals. Now I'm not saying Brad Potts is Fellaini but stick a tumble weed on his head and squint, he's that type of player.
Potts did decent enough in his general play but how you can vote him man of the match when he stopped 3 or 4 of our best chances through bad footwork / tough is beyond me
