    A good one if you take statins or ramipril. I'd run it past your GP.

    I thought hypotension was the same as high blood pressure.

    When did this become a medical forum? However this is typical medical jargon aimed to mystify the common man. It means feeling dizzy when standing up and walking around due to low blood pressure.
