There seem to be a lot of folk on here who think that we either get referees who are biased and give us crap decisions or are themselves just crap and still give us crap decisions. So....why don't we use a manipulative psychological tactic on upcoming referees. Bombard their social media with congratulatory messages extolling their skill, sound judgement, impartiality and all round good sportsmanship? This would then negate any intent of bias in said referees and foster within them a sentiment of respect, warmth even love for BFC which ultimately will mean, whether they realize it or not, they will be inclined to give all dodgy decisions in our favour. The culmination of this would mean that we get at least two penalties a game and a sprinkling of offside decisions in our favour at both ends of the pitch. Just a thought.......
