Not sure if the Morecambe game should really count as we should've pushed them aside anyway. Despite that, scoring 4 in 3 games in the Championship is more than quite a few, so you've still got a point I think.
we are still in the process of gelling together a team. We still have players yet to come in for various reasons, and we still may sign some more too. I am a more hopeful today.
Oh, definitely. When some of the new guys get used to this level as well should make a difference. McCarthy and Hammill were linking up great going forward (until McCarthy started running out of steam). Things like that show a lot of promise and should give the team something to build on. I'm definitely a lot more optimistic than after the pre-season results. The Ipswich game already showed a lot of potential and to get some points on the board yesterday should give them a nice little boost as well.
I feel the team can only get stronger going forward. The team are still trying to gel which is improving every game, also, once Fryers, izzy, Lindsay Mcgheehan are all match fit then every player will be fighting their ballax off for a place in the 1st team. Thiam should now be eligible and any new recruits will be a bonus too. Exciting times. UP THE REDS!
