Player recruitment (and the spreadsheet)

Seems to be a bin the spreadsheet thread on here every other week. Imo we shouldn't sack the spreadsheet well not totally, the problem we had is we brought players like mcgheen, Potts, pinnock,lindsay ect from leagues 2 the confrance and Scotland and expected them to go from playing Wycombe, mansfield and Grimsby to coming up against international players worth 10s of millions. Big ask but some have done well when you take that into consideration because the gulf in class is massive.
I said in the summer I would have liked us to go in for Marcus maddison when he was stalling on a contract and give him a chance or even bradley dack. I don't know if even they would have made the step up but they have been consistent at league one for past few years.
By the way people were crying out for experience our experienced players at the club are....
Adam hammill poor season for me.
Alex mowatt 3 seasons a regular for Leeds and one player of the season. Too much too young.
