Potts - Back to playing like he's towing a trailer.
Moncur - asking for the ball, and them looking astounded that it hasn't reached him. Too lightweight, too slow. Get a grip.
Gardner - 2 yards side passes from free kicks are POINTLESS Stop doing it.

Gardner looked like someone we had dragged out of the crowd and given a shirt.

Possibly the worst individual performance since James Bailey away at Preston during the last relegation season.

When a professional footballer looks like someones dad joining in with a kickabout, that's pretty bad ****.

That james bailey performance must have been miraculous seen as he wasn't here then.

Potts is slow in the head, physically he’s fine but he takes too long mentally to make a decision with or without the ball

We were up against a far superior team today, so far better to accept that rather than make ill-considered remarks borne out of frustration/disappointment. This is a young, inexperienced squad that is massively over-achieving. Let's just get on board and accept their failures. We are still sitting above two first season 'parachute money' clubs and last year's playoff finalists. Let's get real, folks.

I've just said exactly the same to a mate who supports leeds.

I got drawn in by the current form tables, but player for player they have a superior squad, as do most of this league.

We're not going to compete in every game.

You are right. This is a young inexperienced squad. That was also the worst derby day performance of a Barnsley team I've seen in 38 years & I'm right on that. WE WERE *****.

This all day. No footballing intelligence whatsoever.

Dispossessed every time he got the ball first half as they were hounding him, pressing fast - he kept on trying to take a touch and dwell on it. Lost it every time. Never thought on.

Second half, Yiadom works a near miracle getting into the box after being isolated out wide with two covering, cuts it back to Potts from the byline who plays it straight back, completely unaware of the blindingly obvious that Yiadom would have had no chance at all of getting onside. Brain dead.

He tries and has some ability, on his day he can run at teams and turn them. I actually like him as a player. But he has no brain for the game and couldnt be trusted in a central two.

If a bang average side like Leeds are far superior then we might as well pack in. You can have all the context you like but it will have bugger all impact on who finishes where come May.

Moncur is a classy player, I really rate him. However we was doomed from the start with that midfield. Villa laughed their sack off at us when we signed Gardner, I can now see why. I'm not writing him off but he would be right at the bottom of my list for a midfield spot. I'd have Mallen every day of the week.
