    I was sending messages to my Dad of the main points of the press conference. This is what I got from it:

    Ambition, long-term investment based on experiences at Nice.
    "We can bring in resources to improve the academy and squad"
    Conway said that when they saw the BFC story it looked too good to be true - one of the best run clubs in England.
    They'll try to bring that extra push to allow the team to achieve more.
    Immediate plans: stabilise in the Championship and build on academy. Not going to do anything crazy here (Conway said that quite a lot!).
    Will continue to ensure the budget is balanced.
    January: look to enhance the squad but be disciplined about it.
    Mentioned Huddersfield getting to the Premier as a well run club without going crazy.
    "We want to help Paul and bring some more resources to him"

    Feeling pretty positive after seeing that.
