Question for Admin/Gally - Filtering Threads

This may have been asked before, but I couldn't find it on a quick search.

Is there a way to filter/hide entire threads on here/xenforo? I believe there's a plugin (Ignore Content?) but there may be other options as well. I realise I can scroll past threads, but ideally I could just hide them completely, so I only see the ones I'm interested in.
