It was obviously a good idea yesterday as a decent crowd gave at times a good atmosphere. Against fleetwood just over 11,000 Barnsley fans and yesterday just under 13,000 barnsley fans. We need to do as a club same thing for blackpool and get a top atmosphere going for the team. U never no as there was loads of kids in west stand some may wanna come back for next season, up the reds.
we need to put them all behind away dug out, so they can spend all game kicking it and annoying the subs and manager
Oakwell looked well in the sunshine. Even Shrewsbury brought a few more than I expected. Just a thought about next week v Blackpool. If Monday goes to plan at Plymouth, could we see reds fans in the north stand if there is demand?
It should always be £1 for kids. That’s if the directors want to build a bigger attendances for the future.
If people need more than the incentive of promotion to turn up to our last home game of a successful season then they need their heads testing ffs
Won't turn up if they need to pay a bill or get some snap for kids: easy to forget that many people would love to have more disposable income. Easy to be flippant when you (and me) can afford it.
49p a game for Under 12s next season with a season ticket. 3.70 for U19s. I think the new owners do understand the importance of attracting young fans and we'll see more of that going forward.
Spot on. It's cheap enough for a season pass. Folks will argue about other stuff but they don't have to buy it. You aren't forced to buy a programme. You can carry your own drink. You can eat before you set off.
I must admit i was one who took full advantage of the occasion, tekkin 6 grandkids, ranging from 6 to 12 to the game, we all had a great day.
