I usually give people credit for being able to make up their own minds, no brainwashing, quite the contrary. You're the one resorting to abuse and are the one not putting forward any valid points for discussion. You training to become Windy or summat?

I don't have a problem

with people putting across their view and it differing from mine, but it does seem that the seem that one side of the debate resorts to abuse and shouting people down rather than putting forward sensible arguments. I expect it from certain quarters but it doesn't do anyone viewpoint any good to argue in that way.

Why shouldn't he pursue it?

There is no chance of a points deduction, that is just the mindless idiots ranting. These things should be reported and stamped out, they are just plain wrong. I don't want to be too embarrassed to take my kids to matches because of these idiots, and not condemning them is as good as giving them a green light to carry on. Why should certain behaviour be accepted inside a football ground that would not be tolerated elsewhere?
