Really don't think things like Dragon Tyke's post should be allowed on there. Gives the club a bad image, plus it's just offensive
he's entitled his opinion nardiello. nothing in his comments that i personally find racist. just ill informed, uneducated and inaccurate nonsense, really
Re: If tha thinks dragons posts are offensive i dunno. probably is. i think i just struggle to get offended by something so galactically stupid, that it makes me laugh
How is it racist? He is commenting on the way he perceives the establishment to treat different races. If anything he is accusing the establishment of being racist. Forthright views but not racist.
It's not racist it's just wrong For a start a burqa is an item of Women's clothing and tends to be worn by some Islamic women. So if anything his post could be sexist or religist but race doesn't enter into it at all In any case it's still rubbish and it's a shame to use the situation Jax is in to try to score racist points instead of addressing the real issue of the way the government is treating people in need.
He referred to immigrants as "rats" - think it's bloody close to racist. From the comments I've read on here and on facebook these last 2 days over this subject, the community shop in Goldthorpe and Nelson Mandela I fecking despair, I've blocked a number of posts just because I don't want to read the comments.
To be fair, I didn't even read the whole post through because stuff like that winds me up - that people make racist remarks (arguably) is bad enough but also that people seem to take offence at the slightest thing nowadays. As an example, my daughter had to come up with a tongue-twister at school, and she read out in class "Bugs Bunny brought black burgers back from the barbeque".... she was shouted down by a kid who said "you can't say 'black' ". What is the world coming to when you can't even use the word "black" to describe an over-cooked piece of meat? Obviously the kid was wrong, but it goes to show the paranoia associated with the word nowadays. Can we not refer to white snow anymore in case it offends white people?
in what way in this universe was it racist... are yu thick or what what I am getting at is the fact that person who's roots are deeply in the UK, these days seems to have absolutely nothing in the way of support from the country he or she may have served. YET people who suddenly arrive on our shores seem to get all they dam well want... JAX2 has done his bit for our Queen and country and now is being shafted, but people are arriving by the day and getting hand out after hand out.... so if I am being a racist for supporting a man who has served his country both at home and abroad... then sorry then YES I guess then racist.
Re: in what way in this universe was it racist... are yu thick or what You liken immigrants to plague spreading rats. That is extremely racist. I'm amazed people see that as harmless opinion it pc gone mad. Bizarre
